Tthe World Recipe ID (WRID) System

Introduction

To ensure international standards, submitting a recipe to the World Recipe ID Bank is based on scientific, cultural, and technological principles. Please complete all the steps carefully to have your recipe registered in the global system.

Step 1: Basic Information
  • Recipe Name

    • Main name of the dish (in Persian and English)

    • If there’s a local or traditional name, please include it.

  • Food Category

    • Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert, Beverage, Soup, Bread, etc.

    • You may also specify if the dish is Traditional, Modern, Fusion, or Experimental.

  • Geographical/Cultural Origin

    • Country, city, or ethnic group of origin for the recipe.

Step 2: Ingredients
  • Accurate list of ingredients in order of use

    • Precise quantities (using standard units such as grams, milliliters, pieces, teaspoons, etc.)

    • Optional: Recommended brands or specific types (e.g., freshly ground black pepper)

Step 3: Preparation Steps
  • Step-by-step instructions with numbering
  • Begin each step with a verb (e.g., chop, cook, mix)
  • Clearly state time and temperature if applicable (e.g., bake for 20 minutes at 180°C)
Step 4: Specialized Features
  • Difficulty Level: Easy / Medium / Advanced

  • Total Time: Prep time + Cook time (e.g., 20 min + 30 min)

  • Special Equipment (if any): (e.g., sous vide, electric mixer, special mold)

  • Nutritional Attributes: Vegetarian / Gluten-Free / Vegan / High-Protein / Ketogenic, etc.

  • Allergy Information: Does it include allergens? (e.g., peanuts, dairy, eggs)

Step 5: Additional Content
  • Photo of the Dish: High quality, taken from a 45-degree angle or top-down
  • Video Link (optional): Highlighting important steps (max ~2 minutes)
  • Story Behind the Dish (optional): Cultural background, memory, or inspiration
  • Key Tips: Secrets for better flavor, common mistakes, ingredient substitutions

Step 6: Connecting to the WRID System

  • Request a Global Recipe Identification Code (WRID Code)

    • After review, a unique WRID code is issued automatically or semi-automatically
      (e.g., WRID-UK-2025-0452-KHORESH-GHEYMEH)
  • Blockchain Registration (optional/premium feature)

    • If selected, the recipe data will be stored on the blockchain in NFT format.

Important Notes

  • Please avoid vague, unscientific, or overly general content.

  • If the recipe is adapted from a source (book, website, or chef), please credit it.

  • Submitting a recipe does not mean immediate approval. Our expert team will review it first.

  • Once approved, your recipe will be globally searchable and citable via its unique WRID code
