Mix the oats, milk, almonds, chia seeds and espresso together in a large bowl and divide between four small ramekins or bowls.

Mix the yogurt with raspberries and the honey (if using) in a separate bowl and spoon a layer over the oats.

Sprinkle with cacao powder and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Will keep chilled for up to four days.Â
